Please make sure to read this terms carefully before placing an order.- Unless I say otherwise, these terms are neither negotiable nor subject to change, so please read them carefully to know exactly what you can get.
- Commissions are FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. This includes its use as icons or profile decoration, banners, etc. Usage as promotional material is allowed as long as there are visible credits.
- Do not take ownership of my work.
- Payment must be made within 72 hours of the invoice being sent; otherwise, the order will be declined (I'll send two reminders).
- For commercial usage, the original price is doubled (this does not apply to stream assets, as the price already includes their respectives commercial rights).
- My art can not be used or resold as NFT or for A.I. learning purposes.
- I don't allow recolors, edits, or traces of my art to be posted and claimed.I WILL NOT DO:
- Extreme gore
- Overly muscular character (idk how)
- Complex animals (e.g., horses, big felines, etc.)
- Mechas➤ Communication and workflow
1. I'll send a rough sketch of your commission for you to approve. Once approved, I'll take the full payment. I won't continue the commission until it's paid.
2. Communication is via Twitter or e-mail only. I’ll be sending updates on the preferred media by the client (state it on the form).
3. I have the right to post the commission on my social media or put it on my portfolio unless the client ask for an NDA (in that case an extra fee is required).
4. You are free to use your commission to promote yourself on social media as long there are visible credits.➤ Revisions
There are 3 stages of revisions:
You can ask any changes to be made during the sketching. Once approved, I'll start immediately with the lineart, and bigger changes can not be made.
The second stage of revision is during the base color part. Here, you can fix any of the base colors.
In the end, I'll send the full commission finished so you can check if anything is missing and if you are happy with the results before I send the original. You can ask for minor changes (fix up colors, small details, etc).➤ Time and Delivery
The commission can take up from 2 to 12 weeks depending on the commission's complexity, my own health, the order of the waiting list, etc. If you need it on a specific date or want to jump on the waitlist, please tell me beforehand (the priority list has an extra fee of 25% of the original price).
Before I send the final commission, I'll contact you through your chosen media to let you know.➤ Refunds
I can do refunds as long as I haven't started or if I'm in a very early stage of your order (early stage of lineart, no other).
I can understand if you need the money, so don't be afraid to contact me if that's the case.
